Assyrian entertainer Linda George has made an inspiring visit to meet high school students of Mar Narsai Assyrian College (MNAC) in Sydney, Australia.
The popular singer visited the secondary education Assyrian School on 11 May, calling on various classrooms along with deputy principal of the school Edwar Dinkha.
Students eagerly awaited the beautiful voice of Linda and listened intently to any wise advice that she passed on to them.
Linda emphasised the importance of education in this time and age, in particular our language and Christianity.
The students were comforted and motivated by Linda’s warm words and love of her Assyrian background.
Linda has long been a famous musician and entertainer in the Assyrian nation and we have hope that Linda’s activities will inspire future generations to further their education and take an active role in the building of our nation.
Before departing, Linda thanked MNAC’s staff and students for such a memorable visit, during which she happily took part in some group photos.
