Assyrian Martyrs Day, the 7th of August, has been officially recognized with a City Proclamation by the City of Modesto

The Assyrian Church of the East's Diocese of Canada has commemorated the 25 year ordination anniversary of Reverend Benjamin Benjamin with a day of worship, festivity and rejoicing

Church members across Iraq have warmly welcomed a series of visits by His Beatitude Mar Gewargis Sliwa, Metropolitan of Iraq, Iran and Russia, accompanied by His Grace Mar Youkhana Yosip, Bishop of India and the UAE.

Various members attended the Eucharistic service after which Reverend Chan of the Lutheran Church stated, “For the first time in my life I truly felt I was partaking in the Holy Eucharist”
